Good afternoon everyone. Oh my what a HOT day it has been. It hit 98 and that is not including the heat index. Could some of you that live in cooler parts of the world, please send some cooler weather this way?? lol I normally try to stay inside on days like this but my oldest broke her glasses and we had to go get her a new pair. Poor thing was so excited when they told her they could have them ready today. She said "I'll be able to see again!" lol

OK now on to my card for today. I made this for the Spoonful of Sugar challenge "florals". This was my first attempt at a Stamping Bella image. Love those shoes she is wearing! >:0)

Recipe:
Stamps: Stamping Bella, Sentiment form TAC
Paper: K&Co, Basic Grey
Ink: Tuxedo Black from Memento, Tea Stain Distress Inks, Copics, Prisma colored pencils
Emellishments: Ribbon from All American Crafts, Satin flowers from Michaels and antique brads from my stash.

Etsy Inspired

Good morning to all of you fabulous bloggers, I am so happy you dropped by. The Etsy team has a great shop for you this week called Volume 25 by Jessica Rose. Jessica is a fabulous artist who not only creates fabulous pieces of art but has designed for Unity Stamp Co. and Stamping Bella. Jessica also creates fabulous embroidary patterns like the one I used as my inspiration piece this week.

Here is my card. I used a digistamp from Sassy Studio Designs. I love this image, in part because her hair stands up like mine. >:0) Ever wondered why I put > before my smiley face, well now you do...............it represents my spikey hair. lol I also used the distressed background and Party sentiment from Unity Stamp Co.

Jessica has been so kind in offering a free 8x10 print from her shop to the winner of this weeks Etsy Inspired challenge. For your chance at winning one of these fabulous prints just go to Volume 25 by Jessica Rose and get inspired, make any type of creation using that inspiration and link it to the Etsy Inspired post on Ashley's blog.

Guess what?!! Ashley has extended the BOGO event which means, whom ever refers the most NEW participants this week wins a gift certificate from PMS! How awesome is that??
If you are a new participant please leave my name (Tonya) in the comment section of Ashley's post when you link your creation. Then you can refer your friends and YOU will be entered into the prize drawing as well. You can make ANY type of creation (painting, sewing, papercrafts, baking etc.) so come on and play along, we want LOTS of entries this week! >:0)

Be sure to leave the rest of the Etsy Inspired team some love. >:0)
